Service DescriptionHome Grown BSC provides temporary back-up, sick child, and corporate care for parents in need of alternative childcare. Care is provided by a trained and certified Care Team Member (CTM) in the comfort of your home, on your job, or almost anywhere and at any time you may need us.
ExperienceHome Grown BSC began in 2003 in Knoxville, TN. The services at that time were comparable to a nanny service. However, our founder, who is also an MSW, began contracting with the Department of Children's Services, Knox and East Tennessee counties, for the provision of Intensive Family Preservation Services. Home Grown BSC desires to make sure that foster and adoptive parents have the temporary support, that is so greatly needed, when they need it most. We understand that many foster and adoptive children have special needs, and we are ready to meet those needs in a spirit of excellence, understanding, and unmatched care.
