Children's Mental Health Awareness Day
at the Capitol (Virtual Edition) 2021
Thursday, May 6th from 10 am - Noon
We invite you to join us to shine the spotlight on the importance of caring for every child’s mental health and reinforcing that positive mental health is essential to a child’s healthy development.
Join Georgia Parent Support Network (GPSN) and Voices for Georgia's Children, in partnership with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), for a special, virtual edition of Children's Mental Health Awareness Day at the Capitol. We cannot wait to share this year's special day with you as we celebrate Children's Mental Health Front and Center in 2021!
We also invite you to join our social media campaign for the event by sharing photos of what has helped your mental well-being during this past year of isolation and uncertainty. We want to see what has kept you and your mental health front and center during these unprecedented times! Whether it's painting, reading, jogging, gardening, playing video games, or wood carving - the possibilities are endless.
