Impact Continuing Development: Forever Families

IMPACT Continuing Development: Flexible Families Resource parents develop understanding of concurrent planning. They review their roles and responsibilities as a resource parent. They discuss ways to engage birth parents in partnership parenting activities. They identify ways they can manage permanency ambiguity—putting the well-being of the child first.
